Coconut sauce is a very nice smooth non spicy savoury sauce. It can be used to serve kebabs, wraps, nachos etc. The variations are endless.
Extract thick milk from fresh coconut or canned coconut milk
1/2 tsp oil for tempring
Mustard red chilli curry leaves
For coconut milk sauce Take a pan add thick coconut milk cook until the milk become thick to this add little salt
Heat the pan and give a tempering with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
